1 Usability Testing of Educational Software : Methods , Techniques and Evaluators

This paper stresses the importance of usability tests in user acceptance, performance, and satisfaction. We refer to methods, techniques, and evaluators used in usability testing. Then, we focus on the importance of planning a test and conducting it, attending to ethical issues. Finally, we describe usability tests conducted to an hyperdocument.
